Return & Refund, Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Our products, under the brand name Naturalite, are shipped within 24 hours of order placing.
• Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days, but only for exchanges. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact us at business@naturalite.in.

Terms & Conditions:

• The product should be in its original condition.
• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.
• An email should be sent immediately to business@naturalite.in with details (order number, full name, address, and description) if you want to initiate an exchange.

Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed within 7 days. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation request can be done within 24 hours of placing the order before Dispatching Your Product to you. If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
